Jamie Stuart is poised to leave AFC Wimbledon in the summer.

The 35-year-old defender will be out of contract at the League Two club at the end of the season, and he has revealed he has other options on the table.

"I have always said I will give my best if asked to wear the shirt again," Stuart told the official club website. "I have done that and I want to finish the season on a high.

"I am as fit as a fiddle and have played over 30 games this season. I am very confident and I have a couple of options for next season. I will just have to wait until the summer."
