Jack Midson is in talks with AFC Wimbledon about extending his contract.

The 28-year-old arrived at the Dons from Oxford United last summer, and he has enjoyed an impressive campaign in League Two with 18 goals to his name.

Midson is out of contract during the summer and is thought to have earned interest from rival clubs, but Terry Brown has revealed the striker has been offered a new deal.

"Jack is having talks with the club as we speak with regard to extending his contract. He is meeting chief executive Erik Samuelson," the Dons boss told the South London Press.
