Nedum Onuoha has again been linked with Aston Villa Football Club.

The 24-year-old defender was out of favour at Manchester City last season, a situation which will not improve following the £14milion arrival of Jerome Boateng.

It is widely expected that the former England Under-21 international will move on this summer, and a number of Premier League clubs have already been linked.

According to The Metro Martin O’Neill is set to make a move for Onuoha, in a deal which would cost the Villa Park side around £4million.

It has been suggested that the Midlands club would ask for the player as part of James Milner’s expected move to Eastlands, but this is not believed to be the case.
