Ismail Yakubu has signed a new contract for Barnet.

24-year old Yakubu has been at Underhill since he was eleven and made his first-team debut for the Bees at the age of 16.

Manager Ian Hendon told the club's official website, "I was delighted with the way Ismail finished the season and that persuaded me to offer him this new deal.

"He did really well for me after I took over at the start of the year. I have told him he has got to keep that consistency - he is an experienced pro now".
