Arsenal eye £10million Bundesliga ace
01:30 PM 21 November, 2009
Tranquillo Barnetta is a January target for Arsenal Football Club, according to reports.

This isn’t the first time Arsene Wenger has been linked with the playmaker, having previously been considering a move for him following the World Cup of 2006.

Barnetta was one of the top performers of that tournament and was shortlisted for the Young Player Award, and he has continued to impress at Bayer Leverkusen.

The Daily Star claim Wenger is now set to renew his interest in the 24-year-old, who is under contract until the summer of 2012 and is rated at around £10million.
