Sam Allardyce hopes his Blackburn Rovers Football Club side can cause an upset on Sunday.

Rovers have won their last four home games but need to start picking up points on their travels, and Allardyce believes the trip to Liverpool could be an unlikely place to begin.

"It is not so much about cracking our away form as cracking the results. I think our form has been good on occasions,” he said. "We have had some disasters and I remember them vividly.

"Anfield is a major venue and a big place to try to get a win but we will try our best. We are in good form and have got a lot of confidence in the place at the moment.”
