Charlie Adam has shrugged off speculation linking him with Bolton Wanderers Football Club.

The Premier League side were said to be considering an offer for the midfielder in the New Year, and have this week been linked with renewing their interest in the summer.

Adam is in fine form for Championship side Blackpool this season, and for the moment, he insists he is concentrating only on the job in hand rather than the future.

“When a team is doing well there is always speculation, but I am happy here,” he told the Gazette. “I will keep playing and working hard and trying to get Blackpool as high as we can.”
