Clattenburg accused of being anti-Bolton Wanderers
Kevin Davies has accused Mark Clattenburg of being anti-Bolton Wanderers Football Club.
Davies had a late headed goal disallowed by the County Durham official on Saturday, when he was adjudged to have pushed Brede Hangeland to gain an advantage.
TV replay show very little contact with the Fulham defender, and following the 0-0 draw, the Bolton forward has accused Clattenburg of being against the Trotters.
"Every time he referees us, I don't expect to get anything," said Davies. "I think he (Hangeland) got under the ball and I just outjumped him.
“He hit the floor and he knew it was a fair goal. When I saw who the referee was I didn't expect to get anything off him. I have always felt there is something personal there."
