Bradford City have let go youth team boss Chris Caspar as cost-cutting bites at Valley Parade.
Assistant manager Wayne Jacobs and Stuart McCall have agreed to take 20 per cent wage cuts and David Wetherall will combine running the youth team next season with the reserves.
McCall told the Telegraph & Argus: "Chris has been an outstanding member of our management team.
"He's done a great job with the youth lads, as well as working closely with David with the reserves. He's also been to a lot of games scouting for the first team and he's got good contacts over in Lancashire, which we've used.
"This decision is nothing to do with his ability and his work. It's just a cost-cutting measure that we had to make.
"We're losing out on at least £250,000 in revenue from not making the play-offs and we've paid a big price for that. Unfortunately, some have paid an even bigger price and lost their jobs."
