Davies predicts good times for Bradford
09:30 AM 13 June, 2012
Andrew Davies is confident good times lie in wait at Bradford City.

The 27-year-old enjoyed a loan spell at the League Two club last season, and he has now joined permanently after his Stoke City contract expired.

Davies has revealed he had other options in recent weeks, but the defender had no hesitation in agreeing a one-year deal with the Bantams.

"It was one of those situations where I went away in the summer and had a good think through my options,” Davies told the official club website.

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time here last season. The supporters were fantastic to me. There were other clubs interested in me, but I see the potential in this place.

“I can see this place really taking off. In my opinion, I felt the other clubs interested in me weren't as big as Bradford. I wanted to be a part of it."
