James Meredith has completed his move to Bradford City.

The 24-year-old fullback, who can also play in midfield, has agreed a two-year deal with the Bantams, and will join when his York City contract expires in July.

This is now the fourth price of summer business conducted by the League Two club, and manager Phil Parkinson is pleased with his latest addition.

"I'm really pleased to have James Meredith on board," he told the club's official website. "He's a young, hungry player with a great attitude.

"We had him watched several times at York City last season and we were impressed with what we saw of him. He is a good athlete and can play in several positions.”
