Brentford boss mulls keeper situation
Brentford have only one recognised keeper following the decision of Ben Hamer to sign a new deal at the Madejski Stadium with Reading.
"Although it's clear Simon (Brown) would be my number two at the moment, there will be opportunities to play if he stays," Brentford boss Scott told the Hounslow Chronicle.
"But I want three keepers next season and I want to bring two in - a number one and a young keeper who will also be challenging for that spot.
"I was pleased enough just to have got Ben back last season and I fully expect him to challenge as number one at Reading this season, never mind number two."
