The Tykes remain keen to keep hold of Anderson De Silva amid renewed interest from their Championship rivals.

"Every player has a price, so we'll have to see what happens," boss Simon Davey told the Sheffield Star.

"I don't want to lose him, Anderson is an integral part of our team.

"Bristol City came in with a bid and we rejected it and then they came in with an improved offer, but that bid was not accepted either."
