Robin Shroot will spend the forthcoming season at Burton Albion Football Club.

The Northern Ireland Under-21 international made the jump from non-league to the Championship when he joined Birmingham City from Harrow Borough in January.

Shroot is regarded as one for the future by Alex McLeish and after making one appearance for the Blues last term, he will spend the 2009/10 campaign in League Two with Burton.
