Cardiff City Football Club have signed Haris Vuckic on loan.

The 19-year-old may have made just six first team appearances since joining Newcastle United in 2009, but he is rated as one for the future by Alan Pardew.

Vuckic, who can play in midfield or in attack, made his Premier League debut for the Magpies earlier this season, but he has now dropped down a division to gain more experience.

The Slovenian international will spend the next month at Championship side Cardiff, who are currently in fourth position and chasing promotion to the top-flight.
