Celtic manager Neil Lennon has hailed the best day of his football career.

The former Bhoys midfielder captained the club to the title during his playing days, and he has now as manager, he has led them to their 42nd crown.

Speaking after the resounding 6-0 win at Kilmarnock which clinched the title, Lennon claimed this was the best day of his professional career.

"It's the best day of my professional life," he told ESPN. “I'm so proud. They deserve it. We have been the best team in Scotland by a long way and we have finished it in the right way."
