Celtic Football Club are interested in Simon Cox.

The Republic of Ireland international has endured a frustrating season at West Bromwich Albion, having played just 18 times in the Premier League.

Cox will be down to the final 12 months of his contract at the Hawthorns this summer, and he is said to be considering his future at the Baggies.

It is believed Neil Lennon is prepared to offer the forward a move to Parkhead, with the Bhoys lining up a £2million bid to add him to their squad.
