Chelsea and Manchester City have set their sights on Neymar.

The 18-year-old Brazilian forward is currently plying his trade in his homeland with Santos, but he is being tipped for a big-money move to Europe in the summer.

Neymar has a release clause of £32million in his contract, and his agent, Augusto Frederico Pena, has revealed both City and Chelsea are in the running to take him.

“There is every likelihood that Neymar will leave in the summer,” he told Calciomercato.it. “I think there are more opportunities for English teams, he is followed by Chelsea and Manchester City.”
