Juventus interested in Chelsea’s Lampard
Juventus are interested in taking Frank Lampard from Chelsea Football Club.
The England international has been an icon at Stamford Bridge during their recent successes, and he played a huge role in their Premier League winning seasons of 2005 and 2006.
When Jose Mourinho, the former Blues boss, took over at Internazionale in 2008, Lampard was widely tipped to follow, but he pledged his long-term future to the Londoners.
However, according to Tuttosport, the 31-year-old could still take his trade to Italy, with Juventus reportedly opening communication with his agent over a possible summer move.
Lampard, though, is under contract at Chelsea until the summer of 2013, when he will be approaching his 35th birthday, and it would take a huge offer to tempt him away.
