Leon Best has been linked with a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club.

Mick McCarthy would love to add another striker to his squad during the winter window, as he looks to keep Premier League football on the Molineux agenda.

Reports in the News of the World claim Wolves have taken an interest in Best, who is currently plying his trade in the Championship for Coventry City, although the top-flight club have since distanced themselves from the speculation.

The 23-year-old Republic of Ireland international has scored six goals in eleven games for the Sky Blues this season, and would cost at least £1.5million.
