Manchester City Football Club have opened talks for Victor Moses.

The 19-year-old forward is rated as one of the brightest prospects in England, and is currently plying his trade in the Championship with Crystal Palace.

The Eagles are resigned to losing Moses during the winter window, and a number of Premier League clubs have already been linked with taking him from Selhurst Park.

And according to the Guardian, mega-rich City have already opened talks with Palace, who are looking for a fee of around £5million for the forward.
