Clyne rejected Wolverhampton Wanderers chance
Nathaniel Clyne rejected the chance to sign for Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club.
Mick McCarthy’s Premier League side had an offer accepted by Crystal Palace for the defender, who was expected to hold talks at Molineux over a possible move.
However, Eagles joint administrator Brendan Guilfoyle has revealed that despite having the chance of a move to the top-flight, Clyne opted to remain at Selhurst Park.
"Nathaniel Clyne was given permission to speak to Wolves after they agreed a fee for his services, but he has refused to open talks with him," Guilfoyle told skysports.com.
