Winger Brian Woodall is joining Dagenham & Redbridge from non-league Gresley.

"I'm very excited, it's what I've always wanted to do," the 23-year-old told skysports.com.

"I had a lot of trials when I was younger with clubs like Coventry and Newcastle but it did not work out.

"I'm 23 now and I knew that I had to give it one more last go or else it might never happen.

"I'm buzzing I can't believe it. I start with them in July."
