Doncaster fight to hold on to Mills
04:00 PM 23 June, 2009
Doncaster are bracing themselves for a third bid from Nottingham Forest for coveted centre-back Matthew Mills.

Forest have two bids already rejected and could turn to Blackpool's ex-Rotherham defender Shaun Barker if a third bid is turned down.

Meanwhile the possible departure of Richie Wellens isn't concerning Director of Football Mickey Walker.

Wellens has been linked with a move away but Walker told the club's official website, "There's one bid especially that's in there and Sean's (O'Driscoll) done that with the chairman and we've shown an interest in the boy (Neil) Kilkenny at Leeds, a good footballer."
