O’Driscoll in frame for Burnley job
09:41 PM 12 January, 2010
Sean O’Driscoll is in frame to succeed Owen Coyle at Burnley Football Club.

The Clarets lost their Scottish coach to Bolton Wanderers last week, who elected him to replace the sacked Gary Megson at the Reebok Stadium.

Sky Sports are reporting that the Premier League club have opened talks with O’Driscoll about succeeding Coyle, as they look to make a swift appointment.

Currently manager of Doncaster Rovers, the 52-year-old led the Yorkshire side to the Championship in 2008, and has impressed with the style of football his side play.
