Danny Cadamarteri will make a free transfer switch to Tannadice next week after the expiry of his Huddersfield contract, joining veteran goalkeeper Steve Banks at the club.

Boss Craig Levein said: “It’s important we get guys of that age and experience into help the young players.

“When we lost Willo Flood and Scott Robertson in January you saw what happened. Danny will come in and I’m also close to tying up a keeper and a winger.”
