Falkirk manager John Hughes has emerged as a possible candidate to replace Roberto Martinez at Swansea.
Martinez looks certain to become the next Wigan boss and Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins told the Daily Record: "I know John Hughes was down here as a player.
"As things stand it is a bit too early at this stage to put him on any list.
"But John is definitely somebody we know and I wouldn't rule him in or out."
