The Dutch coach will be given cash to spend when the transfer window reopens, and it is believed he has set his sights on a deal for Celtic ace Hooper.

The former Scunthorpe United striker has hit 24 goals as the Bhoys won the title, and it would take a fee in the region of £6million to land the 24-year-old.
