Martin Jol hopes to win the race for Bolton Wanderers star Mark Davies.

The 24-year-old is expected to leave the Reebok Stadium this summer, following the Whites relegation from the Premier League last season.

A number of clubs have already been linked with the midfielder, most notably Liverpool who have been tipped to bid £5million for his signature.

However, Fulham coach Jol is also keen on Davies, and hopes a move to the capital and the promise of regular first team football will lure the player.
