Gillingham have earned a homecoming victory parade on Monday after their last-gasp League Two play-off final win over Shrewsbury Town.

Simeon Jackson's 21st goal of the season gave the Gills passage to League One and a celebration has been arranged at Rochester Castle.

The team will then be picked up by open top bus before starting their victory parade through Medway ending at the Priestfield Stadium.
