Tomas Cerny's parent club Sigma Olomuc have said they are due a fee to make the goalkeeper's move to Hamilton permanent.
"We don't have Tomas officially signed," said Accies boss Billy Reid.
"Now I don't know what's going to happen over the next few weeks."
