Neil Austin's move from Darlington is another piece in the jigsaw for Chris Turner.

"Right-back was a difficult position for us to fill last season," he told the Hartlepool Mail.

"I thought Tony Sweeney did reasonably well, considering he's a midfield player.

"But I think it's important we get the right players in their right positions.

"Neil was voted into the League Two team of the year and you can't get a better accolade than your fellow players voting for you."
