Hibs confirm Premier League striker interest
09:18 PM 29 June, 2009
Burnley are keen to seal a deal for Steven Fletcher after their promotion to the top-flight in England.

Manager Owen Coyle knows the Scottish scene well and looks set to get his man this summer.

New Hibs boss John Hughes meanwhile has snapped up midfielder Patrick Cregg after the expiry of his Falkirk contract.

Hughes said: "Patrick loves getting on the ball and has loads of energy. He's just the sort of player I want here.

"He has his best years in front of him and will thrive on the big stage at Easter Road."

If you can't compare Falkirk and HIbs - in terms of support, turnover, facilities and success - and see that E R is a bigger stage, then you are sadly demented!
