Lee Clark is delighted with the signing of Peter Clarke from Southend United.

"Although he had other options available to him, including clubs from higher divisions, we are delighted he has chosen to move to us," the Terriers boss told the official club website after landing the free agent on a three-year deal.

"We have had him watched on many occasions and I like what I have seen of him, especially in his game against us at home earlier this season."
