Manchester United Football Club have allowed two of their youngster to leave on loan.

19-year-old midfielder Danny Drinkwater will spend the season on loan at Huddersfield Town, much to the delight of Lee Clark, the manager of the League One club.

"Danny is a player we have tracked for a long time," the Terriers boss told the club's official website. "He can play in all four positions across midfield and I'm very happy that we have struck a deal."

Meanwhile, 22-year-old defender Danny Simpson, who spent last season at Blackburn Rovers, will spend the current campaign in the Championship with Newcastle United.
