Alan Lee looks set to join Huddersfield Town Football Club.
The League One club had failed with a previous bid of £300,000 for the Crystal Palace striker, but an improved offer has now been accepted by the Eagles.
"I'd like to keep Alan, but they have offered him a three-year contract on more money and it is very difficult to stand in his way,” Palace boss George Burley told the South London Press.
Lee has been at Selhurst Park since arriving from Ipswich Town two years ago, but he is in the final twelve months of his contract at the Championship club.
