Crawley Town refuse to increase Drury bid
02:30 PM 27 December, 2011
Crawley Town Football Club will not be increasing their bid for Andy Drury.

The 28-year-old has just completed a three-month loan spell at the League Two leaders, who are now keen to take him back on a permanent basis next month.

An initial offer for Drury has been rejected by Ipswich Town, though, and Red Devils manager Steve Evans has indicated he will not be increasing his bid for the midfielder.

"As far as I am concerned that will be the end of the matter unless Ipswich have a change of mind," Evans told The Argus. “Let us hope things can be sorted out and Andy's real Christmas wish comes true."
