Swindon Town Football Club have failed with an offer for Ronan Murray.
The 20-year-old scored two goals in ten games during a loan spell with the Robins, who are keen to take him from Ipswich Town on a permanent basis this month.
Murray is out of contract in the summer, but the Tractor Boys have rejected an offer from Swindon and instead hope the youngster signs a new deal at Portman Road.
"Ronan enjoyed his time at Swindon," manager Paul Jewell told the club's official website. "They did make a bid for him but we have rejected it and he's now back with us.”
