Kilmarnock Football Club could face a fight to retain Kenny Shiels.

The 56-year-old has impressed during the course of the current season, having guided Killie to a surprise success in the Scottish League Cup.

Shiels is out of contract at Rugby Park during the summer weeks, and skysports.com claims he is under consideration by a number of English clubs.

League One side Bournemouth are believed to be amongst the admirers in the Northern Irishman, as they look to replace Lee Bradbury who left at the end of March.
