Foxes deny Hull City offer for Fryatt
Leicester City Football Club insist they have not received an offer for Matt Fryatt.
It had been suggested at the weekend that Hull City had identified the 23-year-old to boost their attacking options, but Nigel Pearson insists he has heard nothing from the Premier League side.
"I know nothing about any approach,” the Foxes boss told BBC Radio Leicester. "He's a very important member of our squad and we want to keep hold of our best players."
Although Phil Brown has missed out on a number of striker targets this summer, including Michael Owen and Fraizer Campbell, he has landed Kamel Ghilas and Jozy Altidore.
