Latics eye £3million Leicester City star
Roberto Martinez hopes Matty Fryatt can score the goals to shoot Wigan Athletic Football Club away from the relegation zone in the Premier League.
The Latics have suffered some horrific beatings this season, including going down to Manchester United 5-0 on two occasions and that 9-1 loss at Tottenham Hotspur.
It is no surprise, then, that Martinez’s side have the worst goal difference in the top-flight and are just one point above the relegation zone after twenty fixtures.
Whilst the defence is an area which obviously needs a little attention, the Sunday Mirror claim the Spaniard also wants to add another striker to his ranks.
And the man being linked with a move to the DW Stadium is Leicester City’s Fryatt, 23, who is said to be a £3million target for the Lancashire club this month.
