Orient manager Geraint Williams was philosophical following their 2-1 defeat at play-off side Millwall.

"I thought we gave a good account for ourselves out there today," he said.

"The effort and endeavour was there and I am just disappointed for them that they have not taken anything out of the game.

"We switched off for the first goal from a long ball and then conceded a silly free-kick for the second."
