Leyton Orient have appointed Geraint Williams as manager until the end of the season.

Former Colchester boss Williams replaces Martin Ling, who left the O's by mutual consent on 18 January after more than five years in charge.

The 47-year old Welshman will be assisted by Kevin Nugent, who was caretaker manager after Ling's departure.
