Pablo Zabaleta is confident Manchester City Football Club will finish fourth this season.

A 4-2 win at Chelsea has underlined the quality of Roberto Mancini’s squad this term, and Zabaleta is confident they will go on and clinch the last UEFA Champions League spot.

"We can get fourth - definitely. We are still confident because we have got a great team with lots of quality,” he said. "The Chelsea result was fantastic and the break is at the right time.

"Some of the players are away with their national teams but it is still a chance to get some rest as we know it is going to be difficult to gain fourth place.

"Teams like Liverpool, Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur are all good sides and it is very tight, but we are still confident we can finish the season in fourth position."
