Kolo Toure still has a future at Manchester City Football Club.

The Ivory Coast international arrived at Eastlands from Arsenal in the summer, when Mark Hughes oversaw his £14million arrival in the North West.

Toure has endured a difficult debut season in Manchester, but current Blues boss Roberto Mancini insists the defender still has a future at the club.

"Kolo was out of the team initially because he had a [knee] problem for two weeks," the Italian coach said in The Guardian. "He is OK now and still very important for us.”
