Mido out to win long-term West Ham United stay
Mido hopes to earn a long-term deal at West Ham United Football Club.
The Middlesbrough striker has been recently playing on loan in his homeland of Egypt with Zamalek, but he has returned to England to sign a four-month deal with the Hammers.
It has been suggested that the 26-year-old has agreed to play for the Londoners for just £1,000-per-week, and he hopes to prove his doubters wrong in the rest of the season.
"I had to sacrifice some things but I am here to play football. I am here to prove a point,” Mido told Sky Sports. "I am very happy to be here. It is a great club and I am sure I will do well here, hopefully."
