Millwall manager Kenny Jackett has extended his contract at the New Den.
Jackett has earned a new three-year deal in recognition of his achievements since taking over in 2007, including reaching last season's League One play-off final.
Chairman John Berylson told the club website: "The progress we have made under Kenny has been tremendous.
"He has taken us from the brink of relegation to the verge of promotion in a short period of time, and I am convinced the best is yet to come."
Jackett said: "I'm pleased to commit myself to the next stage of Millwall's development and to build on the great strides we have made both on and off the pitch.
"As a group of players, management and staff, we are hungry to prove ourselves in the coming season with consistent quality performances.
"This is a club with tremendous potential as was demonstrated by the huge number of fans we took to the play off final.
"It is a potential that I am eager to develop and this contract, with the backing from the chairman and board of directors, gives me the opportunity to realise this."
