Liam Trotter is in the sights of Everton Football Club.

The 23-year-old enjoyed a fine debut season for Millwall last season, featuring in 38 games having helped them to promotion whilst on loan the previous campaign.

Trotter is under contract at the Championship club until the summer of 2014, having been rewarded with a new deal by the club earlier this year.

According to reports, the midfielder has emerged as a target for Toffees manager David Moyes, who will send scouts to watch him in action against Barnsley on Saturday.
