Marek Hamsik has shrugged off reported interest in him from Chelsea Football Club.

Carlo Ancelotti has reportedly made the highly-rated Slovakian international a top target for the summer, as he looks to inject more youth into his midfield.

However, Hamsik, who is also wanted by Jose Mourinho at Internazionale, has distanced himself from the speculation, insisting he intends to sign a new contract with Napoli.

“Inter Milan and Chelsea? They are two great teams," he told Radio Marte. "I have a meeting next week with the club to renew my contract with Napoli. I cannot wait to sign."
