Jamie O’Hara could be a target for Newcastle United Football Club.

The midfielder has impressed this season during a loan stay at Portsmouth, despite the South Coast club looking increasingly likely to be relegated.

O’Hara is due back at parent club Tottenham Hotspur in time for the 2010/11 campaign, but he could face another battle forcing his way into Harry Redknapp’s side.

Reports claim Newcastle, who look set for an instant return to the Premier League, are set to make a move for the 23-year-old when the window reopens in the summer.
